Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Simply return your unopened item, and once received, we’ll process your exchange for your preferred product.
Please note that exchanges are subject to the same 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with both the return and the delivery of the exchanged item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return process:
- Contact our Client Care team at help@saintecacaosunless.com with your order number and return request
- Await confirmation and return shipping instructions
- Package your unopened product securely in its original packaging
- Ship your return with tracking to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and to ensure the quality of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Items without their original packaging
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after your return has been processed.
