We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We offer exchanges for unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Simply return your unopened item, and once received, we’ll process your exchange for your preferred product.
Please note that exchanges are subject to the same 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with both the return and the delivery of the exchanged item.
